I use brightness and constrast to make the couple like a shape, resuilt:



First, I creat Background by using Filter
Render --> Lens Flare, then Distort--> Wave and Twirl
and the resuilt:
After this I use Filter -> Texture to creat one more background, and the final background:

Then I paste the photo I just edited up and use brush to make to transperant with the background:

Last, I put words by random, and chose 2 sentences of the songs:

Don't need too much talking without saying anything
All I need is someone who makes me wanna sing

Two these sentences I use pens to design it like the curve.
